you have any other symptoms ... like pain anywhere...

flushes just indicate some inflammation in the body

Do you eat mostly red meat?

Your acid reflux can be part of the diet that may need to be revised.

Have more vegetable and fruits in your diet.

A mediterranean diet is good if your older than 35.

To be honest all I can eat ATM is plain stuff egg fried rice or potatoes can't eat any meat it just gives me heart palpitations and hot flushes

thyroid must be checked if it was not.

Do you take any vitamins or supplements? Palpitations after meat could be because of your gastritis OR could point to magnesium overload - in rare cases it bothers sensitive individuals.

Your symptoms could well be related to your reflux/gastritis. If bloodwork comes clear I would suggest Ultrasound of liver, pancreas, gall bladder, kidneys and ideally also uterus. And, if all else fails finally gastroscopy to check for polyps or other issues in the oesophagus or gut.

      Hope you feel better soon.
