Hi,

Please please read. Hoping someone has experienced something similar I'm so worried about myself. I pulled left groin stretched it working out going on almost 4.5 months ago. I let it go because it didn't hurt too much.

Next symptom I start waking up with left rib cage in middle of night laying down seems to make it worse. Like a wave of pain from left side up to breast that stings sharp at times. I had a CT stomach abdominal, ultrasound abdominal, x rays of lumbar spine, MRI hip/pelvis all normal. Also have hip pain and also warming sensations.

Okay with bowel and peeing, but If I push too much when peeing I feel a pulling and a slight twinge maybe a nerve? It hurts too I feel it on the curve shape when pushing not sure if muscle. I also sneezed and felt a pull and it hurt so bad like the muscle squeezed. I think they might be related but I don't know and I've the pain for months now. Pain from groin all the way up to rib cage only left side. Any thoughts? Nerves, organs, pulled muscle fully at fault? Thanks

last year when I fell off a 17.2 hands high horse I broke my pelvis & I was bedridden for ages -sitting & standing were near bound impossible

Pains were going everywhere - I had to teach myself to walk along with physio & walked with a crutch

I even had to crawl to go to the loo & it took me ages to finally be in some sort of comfy position to sit on the loo so agony wise I do feel for you

A few days ago I pulled a muscle doing my morning excersisies (dsigned for my lungs) -twisting slowly from the trunk of the body with arms folded & it kept me awake -& in the end had to get some co codemol
