    Hi Tom,

Im sorry youre struggling! I am too. I dont know if my symptoms are side effects from anxiety or adjusting to a new med (Citalopram), but my legs always feel weak and shakey when I wake up, and my anxiety is also the worst when I wake. I take L-Theanine to take the edge off of the anxiety.

    Good luck to you!

    Hi Tom.

I too spend a lot of time tense without realising.

I often get jaw ache as well as leg and back pain.

It is a vicious cycle and I too wish I could break it.

I don't get cramps but I get a lot of numbness and tingling, and pressure. Sometimes my legs and knees feel so wobbly I feel like I will collapse if I walk but I never do. I have recently been experimenting with accupressure points. I think they are helping a bit.
