Well as Ben has said it could be anal warts or it could be other things. If you are in UK you could try Warticon genital wart cream,which you can get from Lloyds chemist,or you can use their online doctor service to get Imiquimod , which is only obtainable with a prescription.
Have these lesions always been flat,or did they start as large water filled blisters?
