I am going through this in fact since I turned 42 last year, I like you started to experience pain in areas that never bothered me before.  For the past year or so I have had pretty much every test except the bowels and stomach....which will be in the new year....and everything is fine.  I am not in menopause and I already have these symptoms.  We are not hypercondriacs, but the the pain does get our anxiety up and that creates more symptoms.  All this is very common I am finding out, and related to body changing and trying to transition from having the hormones we had before.  The smart thing that we all can do is get tests done to rule out anything bad and that will give us reassurance and hopefully bring down our anxiety.

    You are not going crazy.

This group of women are genuinely helpful. We all are having your symptoms.

One day I feel great next day I'm confused with Anxiety and I'm in pain. I too went to see my doctor and had test done. And told I'm ok.

I'm trying the extra virgin olive oil which another member of the group suggested and staying away from caffeine. So far I feel much better and less anxiety.

Stay strong 👍😊you are not alone
