Please someone help. Do you think this is Herpes

Posted , 6 users are following.

I am so stressed out. Anyone have any idea if this is herpes? I read that it could be some fungal bacteria or Balantis, but then reading other posts on here keeps making me unsure. I am uncircumsized so not sure if that affects anything . Please help, any input would be appreciated.

ive attached two images that show the progression

It looks very red and irritated in the second picture. Book in to see a doctor when you can. They will be able to test for a lot of STDs. Get them to test for a fungal infection also. Don't attempt to self treat with any creams.

Guys i went to see a GP, he told me its Balantis. i did tests for everything else but all came back negative. He wouldnt do a test for herpes as he said he needs a swab, but i showed him pictures i took above and some others and he said its not herpes.

i tried to book another place and they basically told me i didnt even need to come in as i dont have symptoms. Not sure what to even do anymore, no one seems to take this seriously.

Its taken such a toll on my mental health the

not knowing. I've not got any more symptoms atm they sort of went away. Have pretty much decided if this comes back again to just got right away to get it swabbed.

not sure if anyone else can shed any light.

Does this flare up post sex/masturbation? If so, exactly my issue and never been able to resolve. How are you now and did you treat it with anything?

Dealing with similar situation for oast 4 months, went to urologist and she applied an antibiotic type aquafor gel that helped alleviate it temporarily. but flared back up after sex/masturbation. have you been told if this is contagious or your partner had symptoms after relations?
