Please someone help, I have a doctors appointment booked but I’m so afraid and I need help

ive had this strange growth around my vagina hole and im not 100% sure if its growing i dont even know when it appeared, it hurts to touch sometimes and i get stinging when i pee which has gotten worse over the last couple months, im freaking out because im only 21 im scared its going to be cancer or something bad, does anyone have this or have any idea what it could be image

    Dont freak out tea. At your age there's a very very low risk of being cancer. I could guess at skin tags/ papillae or vulvodynia , But it really could be anything. You really need to see a doctor especially as you say it hurts to pee. The stinging and the lumps may be 2 entirely different problems, and some antibiotics could make you feel much better. Do see your doctor.
