I'm a healthy 30 year old athletic male, and eat very well.
Quick back story. I was having tingling in my head back in December and finally went to the doctor and got an MRI done which came out clear.
Feb 1st, i was rushed to the hospital when I thought I was having a heart attack, but ended up being a Panic Attack
Feb 14th, started having really bad chest pain every day for several weeks. Finally went and saw a GI to see if I had acid reflux.
March 17th went in for a procedure to check my stomach lining acid reflux also came clear, but was positive for H Pylori. I was put on antibiotics which I felt made me worse, because i'm very anti medicine.so I’m not sure if i put that in my head or they really made me feel bad.
March 18th, my father ended up in the ER due to the flu and was in ICU for 3 weeks and Passed on April 5th with no actual cause to why... I have been think a lot, but haven't had any panic episodes just a lot of thinking of fear. Since all my uncles passed during the age of 40 and my dad as well and my grandfather in October.
April 17th ended up in the ER for more stomach problems, tingling in my back and stomach. Got a chest X-ray, Ultrasound of my stomach to check my liver, kidneys, stomach, and blood work all clear. And was told it was acid reflux which seems to confuse me since my GI doctor told me I didn't have acid reflux.
Currently: I have upper abdominal pain as well as tingling (pins and needles) in my lower middle back and sometimes my stomach.
Is this all due to health anxiety or my I have an issue? I'm trying to remain calm since I have been through every test possible. I just can't seem to understand how anxiety can cause so much pain.
Please help, I want my old life back.

You have been through so much ! It must have been awful!
If things still aren't right see your gp! You will either get a diagnosis or something will click inside you and you will realise it's stress and anxiety.
Good luck with it all and look after you.

The loss of your father may have made the anxiety worse, what triggered it well no one knows maybe therapy will help.
There is a switch in your brain that is broken it is telling you you are in danger when your not you have to try and fix the switch.
Stay Strong
