Please someone I am too scared to go to the doctor

Had a sexual encounter in october of 2022. Never had any issues. Once I took amoxycillin and steroids because I was very sick things started to get weird down there. I had a yeast infection that I was really nervous was herpes but after looking at my symptoms I can confirm it was a yeast infection. That was in december-january. Ever since then I have not been the same. I am so itchy and constantly uncomfortable. No pain however. I then got this weird bump but it never crusted over or broke so I don't think it was herpes, and it went away. Now I have this redness and it doesn't hurt but sometimes is itchy. Anyone have any ideas? Could really use the help.

You cannot confirm it is NOT herpes based on symptoms alone, you need to see your local PCP and get tested. As far as what I see now, from this one photo you cant see much, a tiny amount of what could be dried pus and irritation. We might be able to help more if you take multiple clear photos so we can see whats going on, but doesnt look like much to me.
