PLEASE someone tell me what this is??? Really worried!

I just noticed this yesterday and I’m really worried. it’s barely even the size of a quarter and for the most part it doesn’t even hurt; there is no itching, but there is a burning sensation if I touch it directly. Other than that it barely bothers me. I have not had any fever-like symptoms, shooting pains in my legs or tingling in my groin before this appeared. There are no lesions or open wounds or sores--the lumps in the picture are forcyce spots. Can anyone tell me what this is??
