PLEASE TELL ME IF THIS A PENILE PIMPLE OR HERPES OR ANY STD PLEASE

So I've had this sort of lump but more like a vein sticking out under the midshaft of my penis and it hasn't really bugged me until I had a pimple grow on the vein 2 weeks ago. The vein had been there for as long as I remember and am currently 18 and have been sexually active and active since january of 2022 and have used protection for all my intercourses except one time regretfully but nothing had felt off nor any bumps or leisures had grew on my lip nor anywhere else and never did anal. I will admit and say I have paid for sex for about 3 times and were all protected but this pimple had been growing on my shaft and has been really freaking me out due to the size of the pimple being big and previously having one before and never on the shaft, its not painful only a small bit of irritation if I masturbate so I am afraid if I have caught herpes or not and have been doing my best to do research on the topic but all signs are kind of pointing to it but I dont have pain in my body, only just sore from work and I haven't had any discharge that is yellow or green, everything else besides the pimple has been normal, sorry for the long paragraph I thought context was important for anyone reading, please oh please help me out whoever is going to read this.
