Please tell me it's not Herpes?

For 6 months, I've had this sore in my urethra. It looks to be changing in size up and down depending on masturbation or 'rough' sex. It has never healed since I've noticed it and only hurts a little bit if I touch it and it's right down the line of pressure which my friends said they've torn from sex

The STI clinic said there's no evidence of Herpes but I don't think they saw the sore. There are absolutely no other signs of Herpes from what I've read e.g. blisters elsewhere/itchiness etc. Only this.

I don't think I am strong enough mentally to be told I have herpes as my love life has caused me to suffer enough, to the point of depression

any advice would be good

    If the sore has consistently been there, then I believe it's safe to assume it is not herpes.
