Is the lesion painful when you touch it?

no its not painful it was at the beginning when i was urinating and the urine would touch the sore. but now when i touch it no pain. its still burns a tinge underneath the bottom tip of my penis. like i cant pull my foreskin back ittl hurt

It appears to me to be syphilis. The lesion you said is not painful. Normally a herpes lesion is in clusters and is painful and when touch it is painful even more. A syphilis lesion is painless according to medical experts. Please stay calm, relax, and pray. Go to your physician and do a STD test, particularly a swab test on this lesion, immediately.

hey john i am glad to hear that , did they do a swab or blood test ? how does it look now ?

Herpes blood test can take up to 3 months after exposure to be accurate. If you didn't get swabbed I wouldn't take the negative blood test as confirmation since you just recently had sex. Rough sex shouldn't cause those type of lesions. I highly recommend taking an IGG HSV1 &2 test in 3 months to be sure. Warm regards.
