i have been noticing this black/brown spots on my penis head for the last 5-6 years or more.
but never faced any problem due to this. but now i am very worried. please tell me how can i remove this spots?
please help me out. somebody please tell me.

you could see a dermatologist
you say dark patches, but it looks like your skin is dark with light patches
there are many possibilities vitiligo lichen planus lichen sclerosis are amongst them....
do you have any other symptoms?
are the white patches forming?
