Please to share, any changes in muscle mass/tone? Also thenar twitching ?

please to share with me if anyone had muscle mass changes during perimenopause? my muscles seem to be floppy at rest, less tone? also I have thenar twitching in hand. any comment would help! please

    yes definately my muscle tone is now awful very saggy & decreased alot

      ive read its because of dropping hormone levels our muscles waste as we get older, weight training & walking are best but im so achy & exhausted it hard :0(

      I am 43, this all started around 39-40, my muscles are so floppy and I was a dancer with lots of muscle mass, I dont know what is going on, its just not right, also I have twitching , hope I dont have any mnd or MS ... Im achy everywhere , cant function 😦

      nina i totally get it, its such a worry when your body suddenly changes. im 46 & 12 months ago was so fit & healthy then bang! it takes me ages to get out of bed i feel 100 years old, back ache & achy sore joints. ive spoke to my doctor today who is trying me a nerve relaxing/pain drug for two weeks to see if it helps im sure a lot of my symptoms are anxiety related too xxx

      exactly , same here:( arghhh.... Sorry you feel this way too... my left leg and buttocks is also achy , sometimes nerve pain sometimes weird sensation, I dont know what that is, backa ache , lower upper everything hurts , ribs , muscle twitches and many other.... Hope will pass soon for us and we ll be back 😃
