I get this on side of head on both sides recently its been painful spots and i have one in-between my nose just below my eyebrows in the middle which is painful. I had for long time and i keep picking them off. But these feel more like balls under skin recently sensitive to touch.

Looking at the one on your head, there appears to be some infection involved. I would recommend buying a bottle of aloe vera alcohol gel from Carex and apply it generously to the affected areas twice a day (morning and night) and probably three times to start with. Do this long term and the bacterial load on your skin should reduce and the spots improve.

You have cystic acne. You must keep this very clean and please dont touch or pick or squeeze the spots. It will make them worse. Aceman has given you some good advice.,but there are lots of products you can use. A face cream with retinol as the main ingredient used once per day can be helpful as well. If it becomes a real problem then your doctor can give you suitable antibiotics.
