Please what could this be?. I'm feeling pain. Could it be HSV. The rashes with blood on the other picture started early last year and doctor advices me to change shaving stick. I was the one the rashes and blood comes out. Second picture which had rashes almost at the head of my penis started last week and it doesn't want to go and is pain me.

This could be an infection, you need to do some things:
If all negative, need to see a dermatologist for a biopsy of the lesions.
Anyway, yours looks like herpes, but need the tests above to be sure.

Molloscum Cantagiosum. It will pass but your immune system has to learn how to tackle this.
I go to a demarologist immediately.
