Firstly calm yourself down, you are having a panic attack not a heart attack as you are not describing the symptoms of a heart attack.

it will pass just try and keep calm, deep breathes and you are worrying too much about what could happen.

Right i would ask for a referral to a specialist at a hospital then, doesnt sound right that you are not able to control it and that you are feeling worse.

I am not too bad thank you smile

Hi hun. I have the same as you . The breathing is because your trying to over breathe when you panic. So the more stress the quicker and Harder you try to breathe . Then you think you can't breath normal . I do it . I have so many anxiety symptoms it's unreal . I think I'm dieing of cancer . I have a lot of mouth issues . Burning mouth , ulcers , throat is sore all the time , tingling shock sentations on my lip / chin area to touch , teeth hurt . I'm at doctors/ dentist twice a week for help . Also since my anxiety I have suffered with acid reflux too x
