    Dear miss,

I agree with john, they look like genital warts. Please don't panic, they're VERY COMMON and unsightly but not life-threatening or life-changing. Just wait until lockdown restrictions are eased and see your doctor for some Warticon cream and get tested for other STDs at the same time.

Don't apply any more DIY remedies- it's not worth it and you'll just get more upset. Stay healthy and stop smoking.

      thank you.

will they spread if I don't get them treated?

Not significantly- good health will keep them at bay until you get to see a doctor. People with chronic medical conditions (diabetes, HIV, on steroid medication and immunosuppressives, etc) can have a more difficult time; hence my advice about staying healthy.

Not particularly; close shaving, rubbing or scratching that area have the potential of spreading them.
