Rialyn, you may have a stomach problem, its very possible with all the anxiety, but not life threatening, maybe just need something to control the acid.  Lots of things can cause the pain symptoms.  And anxiety is one.  but never assume. However sounds like after all the tests its not your heart. I get all this stuff, i use coping tactics and try to just work through them and they go away.  And if something means im gonna die, theres not much I can do about it.  But i can do something about wasting the precious time i have  (Im 63).  i know...easier said than done, just have to keep trying.  how many hours we waste worrying, and it dont change a thing.  By the way most people live til a ripe old age a small minority dont.  Do you want to look back when you are 60 and think what you could have done with all the time you wasted worrying about dying?  I wasted a lot of time, so stupid!!xxx

Hi Rialyn, i hope my advice  didnt sound harsh, didnt mean to.  I do feel sorry for you.  And its awful being like that, you don't get a lot of sympathy. Did you get any treatment for the TR?  If not it must be very mild, so stop worrying.  Worry only makes you ill.  However feeling the way you do all the time isnt pleasant.  perhaps you could see another doctor who might be more helpful, or perhaps you are already taking something for the pain and anxiety?  Just be persistent.  There must be something to help. By the way, an empty stomach isnt good, you should eat something even if you're not hungry, even tea and toast.. I do wish you well.  x

Hi anne, no she didnt give me medication for TR.... she said it heals on its own.. but she give me medecine for high blood pressure. She said it would be better for us to start treat it because my bp is mildly high... 130/80... she said maybe that's the reason why i feel those symtomps.. and medecine for cholesterol though mine is normal.. in fact she said my blood test result is very good than normal. but because i always come back to her telling her that the symtomps wont go away she said she would reffered me to a psychiatrist... I hope it can help me...

    Hi Rialyan,

Your symptoms may be due to gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD or GERD) or hiatus hernia. Please consult your GP for further investigations to confirm it. Barium swallow X-ray and endoscopic investigation of the oesophagus and the stomach is very useful diagnostic tests. It will help to confirm the cause of your present symptoms.
