Have you been tested for pulmonary embolism or emboli? I had this weird feeling in my throat like there was something stuck, I also had unexplained central abdominal discomfort then bad pain, pins and needles at night, electric shock feelings through my body waking me up, the feeling like I couldn’t take a deep breath in, dizziness, chest pain and palpitations. I also got really hot and sweaty in the heat and really shivery and teeth chattery in the cold. I had an ECG, chest X-ray, echocardiogram that pulse oximeter thing all say I was normal, I went to get a CT scan privately after reading up about pulmonary embolisms and I was diagnosed with multiple pulmonary emboli.  I have mild sleep apnea too and there is a link to PEs and sleep apnea. Ask for a D-dimer blood test if you haven’t already had one.
