Plz help!! Herpes

I am having these blisters since 3 months, when it happened for the first time, I scratched it because of itching, then it was painful, in 15 days it got cured by becoming a black scab, I got it 6 times in 3 months.

Whenever it starts happening it is itchy.. 4 times it happened in bunch and 2 times only one pimple.. I showed to dermatologist 2 times whenever I used to take medicine, it would get cured in 7-10 days. My doctor said that it is not herpes... First time I scratched it because of Itching it was painful but now whenever it happens it doesn't hurt... It happens only in my pubic hair but the place changes.

im sexually active so after 12 weeks i got my herpes blood test done....herpes type 1&2 igg which came negative now what should i do i am very worried...why are these blisters happening again and again i have my hiv and Shypliss test was also done and it was also negative..

    get all std tests fone just to be safe, even leaving chlymidia unmedicated can lead to lumps snf stuff
