Are you gaining weight? What is your BMI?
Feeling pressure in the stomach and passing gas is not something serious.
But if it starts bothering you all the time, then it needs to be treated.
It sounds like indigestion to me.
Work on your diet and lifestyle. Consult a gastroenterologist for a thorough evaluation and treatment.
thx 4 rplying amarjeet🙏. i will definitely try modifying my lifestyle👍.am 167 cm with 73kgs weight
Your BMI is 26.2
You are overweight. Try to lose weight.
More fat in the abdomen, means more intra-abdominal pressure, which can be one of the reasons behind the pressure you feel.
Sometimes their is an imbalance of bacteria inside the intestines, that can produce a lot of gas. You may try a good probiotic supplement ( or probiotic foods) for a couple of weeks to see if it helps.
As we age, we become more lactose intolerant and gluten intolerant. But it varies from person to person. So try cutting down on dairy and gluten for a while. If it helps, reduce the quantity of these food items or simply quit.
Brisk walk for 30-45 mins is a great exercise for you.
It is all hit and trial.
Ultimately, it is lifestyle changes that will prove beneficial. But a visit to the GI doctor is a must to rule out any underlying condition.
