Plz Help Me ! Scared for me and my partner

Ive been wearing the same clothes due to being kicked out of my house and i am hoping this is just a yeast infection or due to bacteria at worse but it may also be herpes please help me identifying this

    Hey brotha, I've had a few yeast infections throughout the past 2-3 years and all of them have affected under the foreskin/tip of the penis.. not so much the shaft itself. As well, herpes usually generate in clusters and that sucker is looking like a lone wolf so not sure what it is... go to the doctor and maybe get it checked out?

    It can also be chancroid, to be sure you should get tested. Best of luck to you.
