please how do I treat lump on my penis due to staph infection. I have taken cyprofloxacin antibiotics and gentamicin injections for 5 days. but the bumps are still there on my penis. and rashes are still coming on my skin. plz what do i do?

5 days is not a long time to take medication, but then again, it depends how progressive the infection is.
