PMA ! Positive Mental Attitude!

Posted , 3 users are following.

I've read many posts on here but one stood out! He's been through all the protocol so to speak with the medication . He has now managed it himself and leading a normal life. One of the main things is not to smoke, a good diet, cut down on meat more vegetables and a brisk walk to quote just a few. His positivity is key and as helped knowing if diagnosed what I need to do to help myself, well things I should do for my well being with or without MD........

Dear carol3837, I think if I had PMA that I would probably not be suffering with MD and tinnitus. It all goes hand in hand. Depression brings on some conditions- conditions bring on depression and the viscous cycle continues...

I think people suffering with any ailments have sensitivities which need to be addressed. It's when we ignore things, that things start interfering with our daily lives. Have a great day and smile always

I'm sorry, didn't mean to be insensitive!

I totally agree with your post, just I found the more positive a person is can help, although easier said than done in some situations!

I wish you well..... Smiles always!

I went for MD test yesterday so wanted to go with a positive attitude that if it was MD I will eventually control it, has the mind plays a big part in the way we look and deal with things.....

Hi there. How did the test go and do you know anything more about your condition. And no worries, I wasn't offended by what you posted. I just wish I had some of that positivity. I'm working on it....
