Many rheumatic and arthritic disorders are worse in cold or damp weather. No-one knows why really but it is so. The German in particular take it very seriously - they even give you a forecast!

i don't know if my shoulders hurt from: pushing furniture a few days ago, weather change (rain from dying hurricane) or flare. Last evening my right shoulder started to ache. I know my left shoulder started to hurt a few days ago when I tried dusting my heaters behind heavy furniture. But the right shoulder joined in last night after the storm. Acetomenophen low dose and plasters helped me sleep very well. I feel well and not stiff at all when waking up.

What to do? I am tapering from 8.75 to 8.5 snail method.
