is anyone out there diagnosed with pmr, also being treated by chiropractors, or homeopathic drs, to reduce inflammation while also taking prednisone ? also, has anyone been to see and following a nutrisionist diet for pmr ?

Hello Cheryl. I have had some very beneficial massage for neck stiffness/kyphosis prior to my PMR but must warn everyone of my experience when a different practitioner fairly vigerously manipulated my neck resulting in near permanent damage to my spinal accessory nerve. this resulted in a dropped shoulder, compromised arm movement and has taken 18 months to get 80% recovery. probably the best I'll ever get. As my GP said no post menopausal woman should have this done anyway...stick to massage!
