Pointy white lump in my anus

Hello there,

I'm young gay guy experiencing some white pointy lumps or bumps inside my anus. I don't see them normally but when I REALLY stretch my butt cheeks, they show up.

Sometimes i get hemorrhoids but they go away as I use cream.

I thought they're part of the same problem but now I'm not sure.
