Polyp found during colonscopy

Hey I’m 31 and I just had a colonscopy because I was suffering from stomach pain and blood in my stool.  The doctor said he didn’t see anything alarming and the bleeding was probably from internal hermroids . But he did find a small polyp and removed it and is sending it out and now I’m nervous what if it’s cancerous

Anthony I'm not a doctor but if he didn't see anything alarming I would say that's a good thing since he does these procedures everyday he would maybe be able to tell something when he looks at everything around the polyp sometimes they know right away when it looks suspicious of cancer I hope this eases your mind a little
