Issue1:whenever i have sexual thoughts and going to mastrubate i have Pooping sensation sometimes i just ignore it but if I'm constipated that day i should have to go to poop and also i was constipated often.
Issue2:Every time i mastrubate i have urinary sensation so i have to pee before mastrubating but if i did that too i have again that sensation sometime after mastrubation.(male)
