Pooping Disorder

Posted , 4 users are following.

I am a 22 year old male and for the past couple of years I have been having this issue where I will poop as soon as I get up. After thinking I have pooped fully, in about 30 minutes to one hour I find myself pooping again. And then after another hour, I start to poop again. If I do not poop at least three times before I even leave my house, I get very gassy. By the time I commute to school, around 2 hours later I find myself pooping again. By the time it hits lunch time and I eat, I have to try and poop again or else I will get gassy later on in the day. I dont know what to do and this has been happening to me for years.

Cut Dairy, Eggs, Wheat from your diet for a week and see what happens.

Drink only water in that week.

Totally agree with Yans advice, although I would recommend 2-3 weeks. If you feel you are better then introduce one item at a time into your diet. When you get the symptoms back you have found the culprit.

How much alcohol do you consume? That , especially beer, can cause gas and loose motions.

If you feel you are no better after a dietary change, try cutting ALL animal fat from your diet. If you have a poor diet with lots of takeaways/burgers then try to eat more healthily.

Yes, agree with Kim. This could be the start of IBS, and it would be a good idea for you to try and find the cause now, before you get much older. There is usually one trigger food or even several but its worthwhile trying to find that trigger and eliminate it from your diet.

The most common are dairy/lactose and wheat/gluten. Look around any large supermarket and you should find a "free from" section where foods that dont contain these items are displayed. Good luck.
