Pop in head. But ct scan was clear.

So yesterday i was just sitting at work when i had a pop feeling in the back right of my head right after a headache. The headache was a sharp pain but i wouldn't call it the worst headache of my life. A few minutes after the pop i felt a warm sensation but nothing else. Went to the ER to get a CT scan and the scan showed up clear. Doc said the scans have a 97% accuracy rate. But i still feel pressure where the pop was. no real pain just a little spike every now and again. I've been kinda freaking out and i have no idea what it could be. i do have an anxiety issue so im trying to figure out if its that. but something just doesn't feel right. some nausea but that could be from other issues. Just honestly scared y'all.

    head pain on n off for 2 years, i feel ya. last 2 months been worse. waiting on blood test results, i had cat scan a year ago. i too have anxiety and that amplifies everything like crazy. your fine. 47 male btw
