Popping and cracking bones driving me crazy

Since Wednesday i have been having cracking and popping sounds in bones. Wrist ankles hips neck. It is driving me crazy. Has this happened to anyone, if so what can i take. Thanks

    hi. I've had popping / cracking in my left side ribs; actually thought I had broken them from over stretching; then it happened again when I lent on a table. extremely painful!.

    I take Turmeric capsules; vitamin B and D and Macca. I also went completely vegan. Pains have since subsided. Hope this helps.

    the bones running thru my inner groin n inner thighs crackle. more when i toss n turn while lying down. it reduced when i started doing yoga. but it still does. i just dont pay much attention as it does not hurt much now. i have had myself checked by ortho n all is well physically. im just blaming it on peri. 😄

    glad it isnt just me when i kneel on the floor my ankle cracks every time my shoulders and hips also feel like i have growing pains from my waist down

    All part of getting older it's. natures way of taking our mind off our sagging boobs and our dragging ass.

    I 've got all of it you just have to deal with all the pops and creaks.
