Positive clonus reflex 1 foot, Everything else normal?

Posted , 1 user is following.

52-year-old female, highly anxious, no prescription medication.

A physical therapist noted mild clonus during exam only in my right foot. Other reflexes were normal.

other than some intermittent tingling on the tips of two fingers, which the other doctor believes may be from a disc in my neck, no neurological symptoms. I have disc disease all through my back and stenosis.

EMG and then ncv indicated some neuropathy and radiculopathy, lower legs and feet were tested. That doctor said he saw no other concerns that would warrant neurological exam.

But I am in a total panic because I thought clonus meant there was always some thing sinister going on.

again, having no other issues with walking, tiptoes, etc. Is it possible to have a mild positive reflex like that and have it not be something terrible?
