Has anyone had a positive FIT test. Can anyone tell me whether this means I have bowel cancer. So worried at moment. Please help

A positive FIT test means that there are traces of blood in your poo. The blood could come from ulcers, polyps, haemorrhoids (piles) or even swallowed blood from bleeding gums, but it could also be a symptom of early bowel cancer.
To answer your question: It does not necessarily mean that you have bowel cancer but your GP will likely arrange further tests.
