Positive Lateral flow

Am i going mad or has anyone else found that with every flare up they have positive lateral flows? I've been having a lot of flare ups over the past 6months and apparently have had covid 4 times now. But my PCR is negative. I stay positive on the lateral flow throughout my flare up and use different batches throughout. This can be up to 3/4weeks at a time. It's affecting my work as I can't go in until I have 2 negatives!! 😫 If anyone has had similar or any advice I'd be grateful!!
