Positive pregnancy test after rectocele surgery. Tubes tied

hello im 32 years okd and i had a recrocele and introcele surgery in may 2019 i was late for my first period after surgery not common for me at all but i figured it was due to the surgery however curiosity got the best if me and i ended up taking a pregnancy test after being one day late it cane back very positibe but very very faint i had two positive and 2-3 negative however i got my period the following day my tubes have been tide for 8 years im i the only having issues like this ?
