Positive Test but Empty sac

Posted , 2 users are following.

I tested a month ago and was positive. I thought there was nothing wrong. I had an ultrasound but had an empty sac. My doctor advised to go back after 2-3 weeks. Am I still pregnant? Is the baby just too small at this time?

blighted ovum, also called an anembryonic pregnancy or anembryonic gestation, occurs when the early embryo stops developing, is resorbed and leaves an empty gestational sac. However, you may be aware of your early pregnancy because of a positive pregnancy test or missed menstrual period
