I've had this bald spot on my beard or a year now.
it started as a small spot an is now at least 3 times bigger.
No burns, chemo or meds.
No idea what it is or how to stop it.

Looks like alopecia and can sometimes be caused by stress. Do you lead a stressful life for any reason? Usually if stress is the cause and you get rid of the stress the hair will gradually return.
If you feel its not stress then you need to see a professional. If you are in UK see your GP or see a dermatologist. There are treatments but not much you can buy OTC.
