Hey guys, I think IV posted on here before but I'm not sure :s ok so let's go

Started a few years back as just a few random palpitations and a it of chest discomfort but now 2 years or so on it have

24/7 tiredness (fall asleep at the drop of a hat tired)

Chest, left arm/hand, jaw and head pain

Pressure feeling middle of chest not to much though

Dizziness and headaches

Pain in my abdomen and bloated feeling beneath ribs

And cold hands and feet

And there are a few more I think, these symptoms are nearly 24/7 and it starting to affect my job and my life, I just need to know what it is so I can start living again, I have been to my gp and a&we multiple times and had

Ecg, 24 hour trace, heart ultra sound, stress test and multiple bloods.

All came back saying that my heart is as healthy as can be, the only thing that flagged up was a smaller that normal red blood cells ( but they said I have had that since a child my record said)

Please help me figure this out I'm hoping someone can she some light on this!!

Thank you in advance

Matt

    Hi Mathew

I'm also like this, the tiredness is due to us overthinking everything it gives your body a work out without us even having to move

    It's the anxiety circle

Even tho at times we don't feel anxious our body is still recovering from the last bout which in turn makes us panic

It's completely normal you just have to keep telling yourself that xx

I try but it's getting to the point now that I worry about playing with my kids incase it is a heart problem and I drop down while playing with them, I'm not a worrying person at all never have been till now and it's really getting me down

It's not a heart problem tho you've been checked, look online for anxiety and stress symptoms physical and emotional and all your symptoms will be there

Honestly I've been were you are and the only way to start feeling better is realising its due to anxiety and you need to control it rather than it controlling you

Once you start confronting it and saying " right ok bring it on " youl notice a difference

Iv suffered for over 20years I've had really bad episodes were I was locked in my room for my own safety because the de realisation was so bad it broke me but you can learn to live with it

I'm far from mentally well but I am coping better xx
