Possible autoimmune disorder?

I have had a ringworm type rash in various places since I was a kid. It used to be on my hands and feet, then moved to my hips and stomach area, now it's on my arms and under my arm pits. It never goes away completely. My current rash has been here for 5+ years. I've been to multiple dermatologist and had multiple biopsies done. It's nothing fungal. So I was referred to a rheumatologist. They took multiple blood samples and they didn't find anything either, not yet anyway. My great aunt has lupus, and it took her 7 years to get diagnosed. I'm not sure if that's what I have, but it's the only disorder in my family that would cause the rash. Just wondering if anyone has had anything similar happen, or any ideas?
