Possible balanitis?

Posted , 3 users are following.

went to the sexual health clinic for this a week ago and was told its most likely an allergic reaction to a soap i have been using (but i didnt believe it was that). was tested for chlamydia and gonorrhoea but the tests were negative. my penis has been itchy for a week now and is very dry; ive been using nivea sensitive moisturiser and coconut oil to keep it moist. does this look like balanitis to you?

ive ordered some clotrimazole from ebay, but didnt know whether i should visit a doctor again. the number of spots have increased a lot since last week.
