Possible cfs

for over a year I have had extreme fatigue , dizziness, swollen glands on and off and other symptoms. Doctors are unhelpful and I am not sure what to do

Have you been tested for glandular fever? It might be this or you might have had this and your bloods have gone back to normal but you now have CFS. Try to rest as much as possible, pace yourself when doing things and eating as healthily as you can. Sometimes people in the early stages of CFS can make a recovery but others like me go on to have long term problems. If your doctor hasn't been helpful you could maybe try seeing a different doctor who might be more supportive.
