1. Possible Clit Fusion: I don' t know if it's the stress of researching this disease getting to me, but when I pull back the clit hood my clit looks more hidden. And it seems like one side of my labia minor is lower than the other. In addition I feel like my whole is becoming more narrow but I've always been super tight so I'm not sure. ( I have pics in the thread above ). I could be being dramatic but I'm not sure. I try to document my genital area to inspect even the slightest change.
2. Update: The long patch that extended from my anus to my butt crack tore a little after doing having an intense Glute and leg excercise day Super painful especially when water touches it.
3. Questions( Sorry to be annoying but I have a few) :
-Can you use clob directly on your clit? [I experience discomfort and an itch some nights on my clit ]
- Is there anything to lessen the dark figure eight path ? (Look at my pics in other discussion)
- What can I do to lessen the pain of showering with the tears ?
Thanks in advance

GET CASTOR OIL from the health food store and use it liberally on the whole area and esp on the open tears. Castor oil has research behind it and it is a healing agent, not just a comfort lotion. Also being thicker than most of the other oils, it stays put longer and it keeps urine and water from being painful.
THEN, ALSO get VITAMIN D3 ASAP. I use a health food store version that is chewable, 5,000 units. take 3 times a day. THIS is the most important part of healing your sores and stopping the clit pain and the potential clit labia fusion. OH! and I just read a couple days ago That Vitamin D3 0r any D needs a certain amount of Vitamin K2 to go with it. So the I'm almost out of my supply and will get a bottle that combines the two for convenience.
THEN, start reading every single thing you can about autoimmune disease/anti-inflammatory protocols and the food choices that will become your lifestyle for the rest of your life. Dr. Axe online has wonderful, easy-to-read and very complete on the all of this.
If you or your parents can get you to an acupuncturist; this medical treatment also has helped me wonderfully, which I learned about from one of the posts on here as well.
ALSO, the natural sulfur product, MSM from the health food store is also a life long healing agent that you'll want to pick up. I only recently learned about it (from one or two posts here). I learned online that we will want to use the powder form (not the pills). I've even mixed it with a bit of castor oil to put on my anus and clit at night since our skin absorbs nutrients. ... as well as drinking a scoop in a bit of warm water. more... later.

Hi there, In answer to your questions...
1. It is possible that your clit has 'retreated' a little. The remedy here is that you need to start using the Clob immediately. Apply a small pearl-sized amount twice a day. You are going to have to really get in there and rub it in. I believe after a week to ten days you should see an improvement. It is likely that one side of your Labia Minora is lower than the other, this is one of the symptoms of active Lichen Sclerosus. However, It may just stop and you may notice nothing else happens, we are all different. It is crucial to use dilators to stop your Vjay narrowing and retreating, I'm sorry to say. If you do this you will be fine..I am sure of it. Managing LS is hard at first, but once you know what you are doing it will become like second nature to you.
2. I believe the area you are referring to is in the crack of your butt. What you are experiencing is 'paper like' cuts which is yet another symptom of LS, and is indicative that your flaring. These 'cuts' are not caused by exercising, so don't worry about that. They are part and parcel of an LS flare up and I get those and they hurt like Hell! and are always in the crack of my butt. I use a baby cream on these cuts, not the clob as i think it is too strong for that.
3. Yes, use Clob on your clit. The 'figure of eight' white plaques of skin should go once you start using the Clob cream regularly. Remember once you have got this thing under control you can look at different alternatives to the Clob. The pain from the cuts is horrible but fortunately, they don't last too long. Your best bet is not to exercise while you have these. After showering use baby cream..a tiny amount and that helps.
Remember that you will have periods of remission from LS and that is something that all of us experience sometimes for months and sometimes for years.
