Possible contact dermitis? *fixed*

Hi,

For about 3 months now I've had what looks and feels like extremely dry skin on my two thumb-tips and both of my pointer finger-tips. The skin feels almost leathery and it peels an extreme amount of dead skin.

I haven't been able to find out what causes it, I've changed almost everything that could be causing the reaction (Diet, laundry soap, clothing material, etc) to no avail.

The only thing that seems to trigger it the most is literally just touching the affected area, with any material, myself included. Which then causes it to quickly "dry out" and begin peeling.

I've also been using multiple creams to see what could work and none seem to help that much, maybe at best temporarily.

I've used Hydro-cortisone cream, "O'Keeffe's Working Hands" cream, "EUCERIN Complete Repair Hand Cream" and even hand sanitizer for a short period of time a month ago just to rule out anything bacterial.

I'm thinking of seeing my family doctor soon but I just want a second opinion on what this could be, its extremely annoying.

I've included pictures of the affected fingers and thumbs, the right hand is 10x worse than the left
