Possible dvt or not?

I have been having pain in my thigh (mainly just above my knee, sometimes all of thigh) for almost 3weeks now, just woke up with it one morning, not done anything to it that I can think of. It's mainly just a dull ache and almost feels like a dead leg, like someone's kicked me in it or I've been running and it's now aching.

no other symptoms, redness, Swollen, nothing like that.

GP rang last week for another problem and I mentioned I had leg pain, she just responded with it probably nothing.

I plan to go to the GP for face to face app next week if I'm still in pain as it will have been over 3weeks and I think that's a long time to have leg pain with no explanation. the pain isn't severe, but I know it's there, maybe a 3/4 out of 10.

I suffer with health anxiety so worried incase it's a DVT.

can you have dvt with just a dullache and no other symptoms and how common is it to have dvt pain in the thigh?

would a dvt last 3weeks with no other symptoms or is it likely something else?

any advice? I have a feeling gp will probs say "muscular" when I go next week, another reason why I've put it off for so long.

can I request a d-dimer blood test or will they just refer me to a&e? thankyou.
