Possible Dyshidrotic Eczema

Posted , 1 user is following.

In the last few months I have noticed I have colourless small bumps on the palms of my hands and fingers which do not itch. following warm/hot showers these bumps become bigger and white for maybe 20 minutes following the shower.

I have attached pre and post hot shower photos of my palms. Is this Dyshidrotic Eczema?

If so, what is the best way to lose the bumps and avoid future flare-ups?
