Possible endometriosis

Can anyone shed any light on this please? I am.11 weeks post op from.having an ovarian cyst removed and my right ovary. Was doing well until about 3 weeks ago when I went downhill with lower abdominal pain and I think pelvic pain. Including a times when pooing. My periods are irregular and it was thought I had pcos but my recent blood test results don't match the normal hormone results for pcos. My periods are not pain free and the last one was agnony. A CT scan has showed up nothing

My operation involved a c section cut which I have read can cause this condition on the scar tissue
