Possible Endometriosis?Feeling frustrated,please help me

Hi I'm from Trinidad and Tobago, which is in the Caribbean. I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone can give me some advice or share experiences. I have been suffering with severe pelvic pain for years and severe period cramps and heavy menstrual flow ever since my first period. Over the years my periods have always been irregular. Then as I turned 19 all my symptoms got worse, severe ringing or stabbing pain mostly on the right side of my pelvic area, so bad that it shoots down my leg and knees, and it happens particularly before and during my period. Then I started gettin swelling under my belly navel and on my pelvic area when the pain was bad. Saw a gynecologist here and he assumed Endometriosis and put me on pills for 3 months continuous n then have a period and so on, which did help a bit but I got break through bleedings a lot. They were so bad one time I bled for two months straight. Then as time went by,the pain got worse and I started noticing blood in my stools and would have diarrhea at times. Did ultrasounds, a CT scan and colonoscopy but doctors say they don't see anything! I'm 26 now and I had decided to come off the pills last year July. It all went downhill from there, pain almost everyday, irregular periods and periods that have left me bedridden and unable to work. I saw a gynae last year October who advised me to do the laparoscopy. I did it and then he tells me he didn't see any Endometriosis lessions and only found cysts all over my ovaries which he burnt. He did not do any biopsy and I've been told numerous times that not all gynecologists are trained to diagnose Endo, especially in Trinidad. Ever since the surgery I've only gotten worse, periods take months to come and I'm advised to take Provera, my pain has gotten worse and has me so helpless and I'm so weak from the bleeding and pain that I'm unable to even walk at times. It's so bad two weeks ago I had to be hospital used and put on drips. I take Motrin 600mg for the pain and usually have to take 2 at one dose every 4-6 hours because the pain doesn't ease up. So this has been my experience over the past years, and I feel like giving up on life because I feel like nobody can help, even the doctor said he doesn't know how to help me anymore. But I know something is wrong with me because I know how I feel and suffer everyday. When doctors tell me everything looks normal I can't help but feel like I'm crazy, but I know something has to be causing me to suffer like this. Has anyone ever had similar experiences or can anyone please help me? I'd so greatly appreciate it!
